There are some stories that move a person to the core.
Seemingly mundane and frivolous looking movies shake a person to the core. Someone has rightly said that it is not possible to judge the whole book by looking at the cover.
I have always disliked south movies because they have nothing special except for the useless actions and ear-splitting music. But there are some movies which completely changed my concept that south people can’t make anything good.
Maharaja is also one of those movies
A barber living a happy life with his wife and daughter, his life changes drastically when his family suffers a severe loss in an accident. The story progresses slowly and the same barber whose name is Maharaja goes to file a police report that a dustbin has been stolen from his house.
Now the policemen and other listeners think that there must be something valuable in this box, but the Maharaja claims that there is nothing in it, that garbage box is very important to him.
He has to find the box and keep it at home before the arrival of his daughter, whom he loves very much and who has gone to another city for a competition, but the police do not take this matter seriously.
The Maharaja is forced to pay a heavy bribe and he is always camped in the police station due to which everyone is very arrested.
Till now the movie seems to be a simple comedy type but after an hour the movie starts to have interesting twists which keep the viewer hooked.
Towards the end, the film becomes very emotional and heartbreaking
Vijay Sethupathi and Anurag Keshyap as well as all other actors have done very well. I don’t know why people didn’t like this movie, I found it very interesting from the beginning.
Everyone else has their own choice

If you do, you will know what you like best about dining in a hotel. The chef prepares the food according to his recipe. The next step is to “serve” it. If it is not served properly, it is not fun, while often the food with proper taste is good if it is “served” in a better way. You have done it perfectly.
“Recipe” (story) is common in Maharaja movie, but it was presented by “script writer” “editor and director” in front of the moviegoers in such a way that the mouth came out spontaneously as soon as they saw it.

Maharaja K Vijay (Maharaja) and Anurag kashyap (Salvam) are on the sidelines watching them perform brilliantly in the film. But the real legends of this film are the script writer and editor who “served” the film.

No matter how big a film buff you become, there are some legends who prove all your guesses wrong in the plot of the film. And even when it is possible to know the story, it is predicted that it will happen now. Same thing happened to me.
Never thought before watching the movie that it can be so awesome, thrilling and educational.
At first I thought the Maharaja was looking for the truck driver who crushed his wife under the guise of a “garbage bin.” Because the word “forgiveness” is in the Maharaja’s dictionary, was prepared. Then the toast was brought in the story that actually “Salwam” is looking for the Maharaja to take revenge on him for telling the police about his crimes. For the same purpose, Salwam went to the Maharaja’s house with three companions and that scene. It was painful when he allowed the rap of his real daughter. This is where the story actually begins.
“Lakshmi’s “garbage bin” was already placed by the Maharaja under the daughter’s bed in the hospital. And very cleverly. Forced the police to investigate the real story of the “garbage can”. What is its connection with the Maharaja. The “garbage can” is what leads to Salvam’s second accomplice. “Second Last Climax” i.e. the scene.
In which the police officer takes the second colleague to the Maharaja’s house to confess the theft of the “garbage bin”, the scriptwriter and director did a wonderful job. The entire film was wrapped up in this one scene. The police were also convinced that ” Why was Maharaja calling Lakshmi “garbage bin”. “Lakshmi” naturally means “wealth” and what wealth would be greater for a Maharaja who, after losing his daughter, put another man’s daughter in his cradle.
Here it felt that the film is over. The story is over. But then the same thing remains the picture.
The dialogue between Salvam and his daughter in the climax
Father. “What are you staring at?”
Daughter “There can be someone so low in this world, I am only seeing him. He came to steal. Take him. Don’t think that you have achieved something big by making me this way. I will not give up on him.” I will definitely go out. If you have a daughter like me, think how many dogs like you we face in a day.
Father, if I had known that you speak so much, I would have killed you that very day.
Daughter, “If I don’t come here, my father would have killed you. You didn’t spare my life, I spared your life. Go and live.”
The daughter knows that this is my real father. But she goes with the father who raised her, went to any extent to avenge the injustice done to her.
And the true father’s blood finds its place only in the daughter’s footprints.
Comedy, Action, Emotion in the movie, Negative and positive messages, sensational scenes, violence etc, are included.
While watching the movie, you will definitely remember Ajay Devgan’s “Drishyam” and South Korea’s “Old Boy”.
Most of the actors have done well in their roles, as I am not mentioning all here. Vijay Sethupathi’s character is beautifully written.
Vijay Sethupathi has made his 50th film a memorable one.
Films like this are Vijay’s forte, which manages to bring out his soulful acting, Sachna Namdas, who plays his daughter, also gives a great performance and Anurag kashyap. The name is enough. One can only imagine how he will be in the film where he is the villain.
Every year there is a movie that makes you feel like you have seen something and you feel that something even after two or three hours of watching the movie. If you want to watch real cinema then watch the movie Maharaja. This movie will make you think. The climax of this film. I don’t think a film will have a better climax in two or three years. For me this is the best “Action, Thriller, Suspense, Crime” movie of the year.
